Who we are

This platform is provided to help residents and their associations manage membership, communications, and governance. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the platform operator.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You may only use the platform for its intended purpose — managing your residents association. You must not use it to harass other users, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.

Association administrators

Association administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter on behalf of their association, including membership records and governing documents. We are not liable for decisions made by an association using information held on the platform.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the service for maintenance or other operational reasons, with notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including any decisions made in reliance on information held here. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
